Engineer / Project Manager / Communicator

Hey there, welcome to my page!

My name is John Bethea, and I’m a licensed Professional Engineer with over 10 years of project execution experience. I’m passionate about making a positive impact in the physical world through energy & water.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2010, and my Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA in 2019. Over the course of my career, I have gained immense insight into the engineering design process and I have created streamlined tools to manage each project phase and ensure successful project delivery. I’m adept at working with clients & customers to deeply understand the issue at hand and facilitate problem-solving.

Combined with my tenacity, I have invaluable technical expertise to deliver renewable energy & water resources projects.

Outside of engineering, I am an avid baker (I love making cakes!), traveler, movie buff, live music enthusiast, and I like to spend as much time outdoors as possible. I greatly look forward to working with you!
